First of all I want to say thank you Val for your service to our country Marine!! I can't say enough good things about Val and his dad and there team. Val shared with me he was a diesel mechanic in the military plus his dads 30 years of experience put together and you have a stellar team.. I had my 1991 3500hd Chevy towed from Lancaster to Baldwin park, Val stayed in contact with me through the entire rebuild of my transmission. Val thank you brother, you are my go to guy for any of my transmission troubles on any of my hauling trucks.. Outstanding f**king Outstanding!!! Thanks again Val for everything brother.. I'm already getting thumbs up when I'm riding down the street..

AutoMex is highly recommended. This is the 2nd time I have used. Manuel and Val are men of Integrity and do affordable Outstanding work and stand by that work. I live out of the area but did not hesitate to drive to their shop to get my 2000 Chevy Silverado up and running again. Thank you Men for your Outstanding work!

Automex is the best, Val gave me 0ne date One Time to drop my Jeep Cherokee off and One time to pick it up, it was done when said and he showed me old fluid old filter and the tail tale signs and of course what the new fluid looks like. i have a new Transmission man and will be telling all my fa and friends about Val and Automex

This is the place for ALL Transmission work! I had my 1964 Ford Falcon towed to Automex in Baldwin Park. Val immediately called me and advised me he would take care of it and would have my classic car back rolling on the black asphalt. A few days later he called me to update me to let me know what he had to do, and explain the process. I gave the OK, and a couple days later "my girl" was ready to ROLL! I picked her up today (Friday, Nov 20,2020), and was able to enjoy the ride home from Baldwin Park to Fullerton, getting thumbs up all the way home! Thank you Val! I knew you would take care of my girl and do the job right the first time. I HIGHLY recommend Automex for all your Transmission needs. They get it right the first time and their attention to detail is top notch! Don't mess with any other "mechanics" for your transmission. Automex are the Transmission experts! It's ALL they do!

So on my way to work one morning my transmission gave way. I was scared as I haven't taken my 2004 Toyota Avalon anywhere else other than the dealership. I had very little knowledge of cars and was skeptical to take it anywhere else. However, I am in college working to pay off my loans and current tuition so I felt taking it to the dealership was not an option due to high labor costs. I was recommended this place from a friend who spoke of their good service and reliable care. UNDERSTATEMENT of the century. These guys are out of this world. Not only will they take exceptional care of your transmission, their customer service is incredible. They are so friendly. No hablas ingles? No hay problema pregunta por Manuel. Don't speak spanish? No Problem ask for Val. This place is a hard working, family owned shop and I could not have asked for more authenticity from them. They will not up sell you on anything you don't need, however they will tell you what they would recommend what you should have serviced. In fact they ran the code that my check engine light was displaying and fully explained what component was not working. Again they didn't try to sell me the service, they just told me what I should think about doing. These guys not only deserve your business, frankly they've earned it.
